Health related concerns are not sole focused purpose but maximization of flavor and palate within our products is also main goal.

Gluten free bakery products are usually accepted as not being delicious. Because gluten free products are sold in fewer quantities than gluten containing ones, bakeries producing gluten free products focus on producing limited kind of gluten free products with high amounts. This prevents bakeries make efforts on improving flavor varieties of gluten free products by using different raw materials and baking techniques.

Bäckerburg works with artisan baking techniques. In contrast to mass production, artisan style includes production of limited amounts of baked products with more variety and manual laboring. We work with artisan style because we want to maximize deliciousness of gluten free and vegan products for our customers. We present products having most achievable flavor maximization within our bakery product range in order to fit customer’s palate. In order to do that, we work with different types of rich raw materials and their combinations with extended fermentation.
